For the love of gardening...

Sometimes in life you find something that you become passionate about and never knew it existed before. For me, its the love of gardening. We recently received a gorgeous new book - "Velvet Pears". It goes without saying I loved the cover but was also pleasantly surprised by its content. I can honestly say this book moved me and yet its just the story of a woman's passion for her garden. The images are breathtaking, the quotes deep and meaningful, it is one of the most beautiful books I have ever owned. Take the time and read every page - maybe its a reminder to us all, the simplest things in life can give us so much pleasure.

Gardening by the seasons is a beautiful book called "Velvet Pears". Inside is beautiful illustrated photos of her garden and home. If you cannot get into the store we can send a copy by mail. This book will not disappoint.

Lime wash for the bathroom or use on the verandah to show off your potted hydrangea's and herbs. I'm going to use mine for storing my pots and gardening tools but it would be great for storing craft pieces too.

I'm loving the cute rubber gardening boots and my vintage style garden tools. Use our flower pot brush to clean your pots and our tin plant markers for the vegie patch. Our accessories are fun, stylish but also very practical! Did I mentione we have fresh flowers for sale on Saturdays too!
